Our ohitashi is made with fresh, seasonal vegetables, carefully boiled and lightly seasoned to perfection. Our convivial owner created this izakaya to reflect life in Kumamoto, and we are proud to offer local sake and seasonal vegetables to our customers. If there is anything you would like to change in a dish, we are happy to make adjustments.
