Zuiyo is a sake brewery founded in 1867. After an introduction on the processes involved in making Japanese sake, shochu and akazake ("red sake"), you can sample 4 different kinds of alcohol. The chief brewer will tell you about their tastes and recommend the best ways to drink them.
